Short Term Rental Permits Renewal for 2026

To register your Short-Term Rental, go to https://www.mgoconnect.org/cp/portal and select “Apply For Your Short Term Rental.”

Registration Instructions

  • Log into the MGO Connect Portal
    Go to https://www.mgoconnect.org/cp/portal and click Login or New Account.
  • Log In or Create Account
    New Users: Click “New Account,” establish your account, and verify by phone call (the call will come from a 985 area code).
    Returning Users: Enter your login information.
  • Complete the Short-Term Rental Application
    Once you are in the MGO system, select the “Apply For Your Short Term Rental" link and fill out all required information. 

    The document that must be uploaded and submitted with the application is your short-term rental Parking Plan.

  • Review and Payment 
    After submission, the Bay St. Louis Building Department will review your application and documents. The application will be returned if any information is missing. Once the application is complete, you will receive an email confirming that your application and documents are complete, and you will then be sent an invoice through the MGO portal. 

Payment may be completed directly through the MGO portal.
